NEW Support for you
Quick easy access to help and support is important for you and your business. That’s why we’ve upgraded the Connective Wiki and the way you can interact with our support team.
What’s changed?
There’s a new intuitive chat function. You can type in your question, and related help articles will appear. If you still have questions, you can easily start a chat with the HelpDesk team who will work with you to find a solution.
How does the chat function work?
- Once you log in to Mercury Nexus, click on the HelpDesk icon on the top right corner
- A new pop up function will appear in the bottom right corner
- Type in what you're looking for. This can be key words or short sentences such as 'Borrowing capacity' or 'How do I add an opportunity'
- Related articles will appear

Can I still access the Connective Wiki?
Yes! You’ll notice it looks a bit different, but you can still click on the Wiki article on the Mercury dashboard to navigate through all the articles and search for particular topics.
