Save Time on Every Application with DocIQ

We've made several updates to DocIQ based on member feedback, helping you manage documents more efficiently in Mercury Nexus with ease daily.

What's changed?

  • Drag-and-drop uploads can now go straight into the CRM and be renamed automatically without the need to be previewed. If you’d like to preview first, you can still do so using the upload button in attachments.
  • Documents sent via the Opportunity email address and Client Portal are now renamed automatically.
  • 'Name’ and ‘Date’ fields are now available on all document types.
  • Medicare card data extraction has been improved to help capture the right details faster.

These updates are another step towards bringing DocIQ to the Client Portal, making it even easier to keep client information organised and up to date.

We’ve expanded SMS messaging across Mercury Nexus, making it easier to contact clients directly from the CRM and keep deals moving. You can now create SMS templates in the Admin App, send SMS messages from contacts and opportunities, and send Client Portal invites via SMS.

Client Portal update: Automated email reminders

You told us you wanted a more efficient way to follow up with clients submitting their information and documents - now it’s automated. 

You can now set up automated email reminders in Mercury Nexus to follow up with clients who haven’t completed their Client Portal requests - no more chasing for missing details, and less admin. 

Simply choose when reminders should be sent, use a default template or create your own, and let Mercury handle the rest.
