Total figures for opportunity living expenses, liabilities and assets

As part of our continuous improvements and enhancements, we have made an upgrade to the opportunity record financials tab. This tab will now in calculate and display the total figures for the living expenses and assets when your opportunity has more than one applicant/contact.

This will help you to better understand the client's financial position and removes the need for manual calculation.

Please find below the summary of the upgrade:

Opportunity > Financials > Living Expenses tab

The total amount of all the living expenses is now calculate according to the ownership allocations and the number of contacts on the opportunity:

Opportunity > Financials > Assets - Real Estate tab

The total amount is also available now on the real estate assets tab:

Opportunity > Financials > Assets - Other tab

Opportunity > Financials > Liabilities tab

Please note: The Total Values will be available to view only when you have more than one contact/applicant on the opportunity. Otherwise, the total value is the single value displayed with no breakdown.

Universally consistent use of the word "Broker" in Mercury Nexus

We have updated various fields and labels in Mercury Nexus to ensure you have a consistent experience. Instead of individually referring to roles as Agent, Advisor, Loan Writer, and Associate, we will now universally use the term "Broker."

This update won't change how you use the platform, but it is part of a broader initiative to simplify navigation, and help with consistent understanding throughout Mercury Nexus:

  • Simplified tables and fields -  It's now easier for you to find the information you need. For example, all table headings that reference a role, will now have 'Broker' in the heading across all tables.
  • Better understanding of roles - This update ensures that you have a clear and consistent understanding of the roles within the platform.

Where you can expect to see these changes:

  • Table columns and filters
  • Reports heading and filters
  • Email fields
  • Inside opportunity details sections

Our team has redesigned the navigation bar to embody a modern, sleek, and flat design, prioritizing ease of use and accessibility. This update is a direct result of extensive customer-centered research and is designed to streamline your workflow, offering more space and simplified controls. As part of our commitment to continually improve the CRM user experience, this navigation bar revamp marks the beginning of a series of enhancements we're rolling out to make your Nexus experience better than ever.

What's New in Your Navigation Bar:

  • Application Selector at the Top-Left: Quickly and easily switch between Nexus applications with our new application selector. Located at the top-left corner, this feature is designed for effortless navigation, enabling you to access the full suite of Nexus tools without any hassle.

This feature is a game-changer, allowing productive brokers like you to navigate seamlessly through different sections within a module. Whether you're in the CRM module looking to switch between Kanban, Opportunities, People, or Tasks, navigating through these sections has never been smoother. Unlock the Full Potential of Mercury HelpDesk with These Tips

We've integrated AI technology into the Mercury HelpDesk to streamline your queries and provide faster responses. But to truly maximise the benefits of this upgrade, it's essential to ask the right questions. Here's how you can get the most out of Mercury HelpDesk:

  • Provide Context: Instead of broad terms like 'logo' or 'new admin,' try to add some context to your query. For instance, ask "How do I add my logo?" or "How do I add a new admin user?" This additional detail helps our AI system better understand your needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Be Specific: The more specific your question, the better our AI can assist you. Rather than asking broad inquiries, narrow down your focus. For example, if you're experiencing a specific issue with a feature or functionality, describe it in detail. This specificity enables our HelpDesk to pinpoint the exact information you require.
  • Use Natural Language: Our AI is designed to comprehend natural language, so feel free to phrase your questions conversationally. Avoid using overly technical jargon or complex terminology. Instead, articulate your queries in a clear and straightforward manner, just as you would when speaking to a human support representative.

By following these simple tips, you can enjoy faster, more efficient support whenever you need it. Remember, our team is always here to assist you, so don't hesitate to reach out if you require further assistance.

If the AI answer does not resolve the query, use the response button ‘Wait for the team’ to be directed through to the HelpDesk team.

Direct lender emails to your preferred inbox

Great news, you choose where lender email communications are sent.

Instead of using your primary email, if you have a designated email, such as a shared admin inbox, that you would prefer to receive updates from ApplyOnline and application progress from lenders, you can now direct these communications to your chosen email address.

How to update your lender comms email:

  1. Navigate to the Admin App
  2. Click on Details from the left hand menu
  3. Under your current email address, a new field for "Lender Comms" has been introduced.
  4. Enter the email address where you wish to receive lender communications.

If you don’t assign an email to the Lender Comms field, these emails will continue to go to your primary email.

Manage your communications in a way that best serves your needs. Stay connected and stay in control with this latest update.
