Adding Driver's Licence Card Number to Opportunity ID section

You can now add the Driver's Licence card number (ID number) to your identification documents in Mercury CRM. This will help you capture the information your lender requires.

The new Card Number is supported by most lenders, making it possible to see this number inside the ApplyOnline application, pre-populated from Mercury CRM.

How to add the Driver's Licence number

  1. Log in to Mercury Nexus CRM and go to the People List.
  2. Find your contact and access their contact records.
  3. From the left panel, choose the "Identification" menu.
  4. Add an identification by clicking on "+ Identification" or view one of the existing identification records to see the details.
  5. There will be a new field labeled "Licence Card Number".
  6. This field allows you to enter the Licence Card number found on your client's identification section when the type is selected as "Driver's Licence - Australian".

Note: The Driver's Licence Card Number might not be required for some lenders inside the ApplyOnline application. In this case, the Card Number will not be populated when viewing the application in ApplyOnline, or the field might not be visible.

The new Client Centre is now the default Client Centre in Mercury Nexus.

We’re thrilled about the positive feedback we’ve received and that it is delivering an amazing experience for so many clients.  We’ve decided to make it the default option in Mercury Nexus.

If you still prefer using the old version, you can easily enable It in the Admin App or on an Opportunity-by-Opportunity basis. Learn how to do so here.

However, we are actively working towards retiring the old version soon, so we highly recommend getting up to speed and starting to use the amazing new Client Centre as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Partnership Manager.
