There are reforms to anti-hawking legislation coming into play on 5 October 2021, which will change how you refer Allianz insurance to your clients.
What’s changing?
Insurance providers are prohibited from offering financial products to consumers during unsolicited meetings or phone calls.
Allianz will now need the express consent from your client prior to you referring them.
What does this mean for you?
You must refer Allianz insurance via Mercury Nexus and gain explicit consent from the client.
How to refer insurance via Mercury Nexus?
Mercury Nexus makes this super easy to embed as part of your process.
Click on the ‘Insurance’ dropdown in your client 'Opportunity’ record, select ‘Allianz’.
You’ll be prompted to read a statement to your client and tick the check box once you’ve gained consent.
If you have questions reach out to your BSM.
This will streamline your initial interactions with clients and save you the hassle of having to send a seperate consent form, ultimately freeing up your time.
Did you know your web browser has a built in spellcheck?
You can activate this in Google Chrome by right clicking your mouse and selecting spellcheck.
Misspelled words will now appear underlined with a wavy red line, and you can easily select the correct spelling by right clicking over the error.
