We’ve developed DocIQ to help you process applications more efficiently by automating document handling in Mercury Nexus.

DocIQ automatically classifies and names client documents as you upload them. As part of this update, we’re also expanding the preview of our new Data Extraction functionality, which extracts key information from identity documents and saves it directly to your client record in Mercury Nexus.

From Tuesday 9 June, all new CitoPlus deals will automatically sync into Mercury Nexus, bringing commercial activity into one place and reducing manual data entry. 

What does this mean for you?

• Once live any new deals created in CitoPlus will automatically sync and appear in your Mercury Nexus CRM. 
• Updates made to existing deals in CitoPlus will also sync through.
• As part of the sync, Borrower, lender, and loan product details will be captured in the CRM.

Important

Any deal creations, changes, and status management should continue to be done in CitoPlus. Think of Mercury Nexus as your view of the deal, with CitoPlus staying as the place you manage it.

We’ve expanded SMS messaging across Mercury Nexus, making it easier to contact clients directly from the CRM and keep deals moving. You can now create SMS templates in the Admin App, send SMS messages from contacts and opportunities, and send Client Portal invites via SMS.
