Great news, you now have access to a new needs analysis questionnaire in Mercury Nexus.
What's changed?
- Client-friendly language - We've rephrased questions to make them easy for your clients to understand.
- Streamlined experience - Clients will only be prompted for information that's relevant to them, thanks to built-in conditional logic.
- Simplified layout - Organised into user-friendly sections for straightforward navigation.
This new questionnaire will appear in your CRM as Home Loan - Needs Analysis - Oct 2023 and works best in the new client centre. You will still have access to all your other questionnaires.
