Lender calculator downloads now available
You can now download lender servicing calculators directly from the new calculator - making it easy to check and validate scenarios outside Mercury Nexus. Simply click the download icon next to your preferred lender.

More accurate dependent handling
Dependents will no longer be double counted when entered across multiple applicants - helping ensure living expenses and servicing results are correct.  

New non-taxable income option
You can now capture non-taxed income separately, giving you a more accurate reflection of your client’s financial position without relying on workarounds.
