A number of updates have been made to improve how DocIQ processes documents and handles uploads.

Better reading of rotated documents

• Rotated or sideways scans can sometimes affect both readability and data extraction. DocIQ now automatically detects page orientation and rotates documents where required before processing, while leaving correctly oriented pages unchanged.
• Images uploaded sideways, particularly those shared through mobile devices or messaging apps, can sometimes lose orientation information. DocIQ now corrects image orientation before reading the document, helping improve the accuracy of extracted data.

Increased upload limits

• The maximum upload size for document attachments has been increased from 20MB to 30MB. Please note email attachments remain subject to a 20MB limit.
