Direct lender emails to your preferred inbox
Great news, you choose where lender email communications are sent.
Instead of using your primary email, if you have a designated email, such as a shared admin inbox, that you would prefer to receive updates from ApplyOnline and application progress from lenders, you can now direct these communications to your chosen email address.
How to update your lender comms email:
- Navigate to the Admin App
- Click on Details from the left hand menu
- Under your current email address, a new field for "Lender Comms" has been introduced.
- Enter the email address where you wish to receive lender communications.
If you don’t assign an email to the Lender Comms field, these emails will continue to go to your primary email.
