Connective Elevate single brand and servicing platform upgrade
Exciting changes are here that will benefit you and clients as of Monday 5 July, 2021:
- Connective Elevate / Bluestone has transitioned to a single brand: Connective Elevate, which has been applied to all documents and forms in Mercury and ApplyOnline. This provides clients with a seamless and consistent end-to-end experience.
- We've upgraded our core origination and servicing system to NextGen (accredited brokers have been issued a new broker ID to be used when submitting applications through ApplyOnline)
- We've launched a new internet banking portal
