We've resolved a number of issues reported by brokers since the start of September. 

Documents 

• JPEG files uploaded through the Client Portal couldn't be previewed. They now preview as expected. 

• Images couldn't be previewed or downloaded from the opportunity's Attachments tab. Both now work. 

• Some client documents were saving with the file type as their name. They now save with the correct document name. 

Building requests 

• An applicant could appear twice when adding a questionnaire in the request builder. Each applicant now appears once. 

• A Credit Guide added to a request template didn't pull through licensee details when used on an opportunity. Licensee details now populate correctly. 

Emails and notifications 

• Reminder emails could keep sending after a request was closed. Reminders now stop once a request is closed. 

• Client Portal and e-sign link tags could appear as raw text, such as {{tag}}, in automated emails. They now show the correct link. 

• Some brokers weren't receiving client and DigiSign notifications. These are now delivered.
