Set tasks based on your clients pre-approval expiry date
You can now set tasks to be due based on pre-approval expiry, helping you avoid missed opportunities and manage your tasks. This can be done for templates in your Admin App or as you create individual tasks.
How do I set a task based on pre-approval expiry date?
- Navigate to your Mercury Account Admin.
- From the left navigation bar, choose CRM settings.
- Select the Task Templates tab.
- The new Pre-approval Expiry is now available as an option on the Tasks table > Offset Dependency column.
