Seamlessly integrate your emails with Mercury Nexus
Do you use Office 365? You can link your emails to Mercury Nexus. This allows you to easily add email correspondence to Opportunity Records and also use Mercury Nexus to send emails, rather than switching between two platforms.
How do I integrate my Office365 with Mercury Nexus?
- Navigate to the Admin App.
- Click on Integrations from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Enable button under Office365.
- You may be asked to sign into your Office365 account. If not, then you already have a session running.
- A new browser tab will open while your accounts connect. A brief message will be displayed to show your accounts have synced.
How do I add an email to an Opportunity Record?
- Navigate to your Opportunity Record.
- Click on Import Email.
- Your Outlook mailbox will be displayed. Select the email you would like to upload. You can select more than one email at a time.
- If you would like to upload any attachments, tick the checkbox next to the attachment.
- Select whether you would like the Attachment in the Attachments section or on the Note itself.
- Click the Import Selected Emails button.
- The email will now appear in the Notes section of the Opportunity Record.
