Important: Old Borrowing Capacity Calculator will retire soon
Big update. We’re officially transitioning to the new Borrowing Capacity Calculator in Mercury Nexus.
From Tuesday, 17 March, the old version of the Borrowing Capacity Calculator will be retired and the new version, released last year, will be the standard moving forward.
The new calculator provides:
- More accurate borrowing estimates across 38 lenders
- Faster workflows with auto-filled fields and synced opportunities
- More flexibility for split loans, multiple properties, and complex structures
- A cleaner, easier-to-use layout that’s quicker to navigate
