Instead of chasing updates or wondering what's still outstanding, you can now view the status of every module in a request, see who's responsible for completing it, and quickly identify where progress has stalled.

Keeping client documents organised just got easier.

If your DocIQ naming conventions are configured, those settings will now automatically carry through to documents sent by your clients via the Client Portal.

Note: To ensure documents are renamed as expected, make sure each document request uses the correct classification. For example, a payslip uploaded to a Payslip request will inherit your configured naming convention. If a different document, such as an ID, is uploaded instead, it will be flagged for review in the Review Returned Docs screen.

You can now create reusable Client Portal templates with your preferred documents, DigiSign settings, questionnaires, client details and more.

Based on member feedback, DocIQ can now be configured in the Admin App so administrators can set document naming conventions once and automatically apply them across all users in the organisation.
