We’re currently working on a visual update for the calculator - by tightening up paddings, refining spacings, and giving the interface a more cohesive look. These visual tweaks will make it simpler to navigate and quicker to get the data you need. We’ll keep you posted once the updates are live!

We’ve rolled out key enhancements to the Applicants module. The interface now features a more streamlined, compact layout, allowing applicants to be viewed side-by-side for easier comparison and detailed review.

Here are the latest updates: 

• Rates: Product rate updates now give more accurate results for basic (non-package) loans. Plus, pricing tool rates will now be shown by default for lenders like ANZ, CBA, NAB, BankSA, WPC, BOM and SGB. 

• Expenses: You can now use basic HEM or Non-HEM comparable values for faster calculations. If you leave them blank, the lender’s HEM values will apply automatically. 

• Layout improvements: We’ve started simplifying the platform design based on your feedback - expect ongoing updates to make it even easier to use.

We’re excited to launch OneView – a new feature in the Mercury Nexus CRM that gives you a simple way to spot upcoming fixed rate and interest-only expiries in a single view.

Where to find it:
Look for the new OneView tab in the left-hand panel of your CRM.  

Important: For best results, make sure the Fixed Rate Expiry and Interest Only Expiry fields are up to date on your Opportunity records.

An early release of Connective’s new Borrowing Capacity Calculator is now live in Mercury Nexus - and we’d love to hear your feedback!

Where to find the new calculator

Option 1: On your Mercury Nexus Dashboard

Option 3: From an Opportunity (Borrowing Capacity v2)

Please note: Options 1 and 2 provide access to the calculator as a standalone tool. Option 2, when accessed through an opportunity, enables data syncing by automatically importing the financial details from that opportunity into the calculator.

Improvements have been made to Financial Passport – all designed to make things simpler, faster, and more intuitive for your clients.

Your clients will now find it easier to connect their bank accounts and grant consent for data sharing, thanks to a more streamlined and user-friendly process.

What you need to know:

• No disruption: There’s no change in how you or your client access or use Financial Passport.

• Seamless transition: If a client received an invitation but hasn’t yet completed data-sharing, they’ll automatically be taken through the new process.

You can now request Equifax credit reports directly through Mercury Nexus! No need for a separate subscription or extra setup. It’s built in and ready to go. 

This new integration makes it easier to access the credit data you need, right within your existing workflow.
